I ordered this in the hopes that I would be getting a decent kit for the cheap price, especially considering the range of prices for other electronic drum kits. I’ve been playing drums for around 8 years and while this kit is beautiful to the eyes, and the preset sounds are relatively nice, the input sensitivity is way too high. When I hit the hi hat or the crash cymbal any harder than a very light tap, it would make the snare drum go off by itself. I tried adjusting the joints and moving things around, but nothing helped. It totally ruined any recording or session I would try to play around with. (Edit: after returning my kit and receiving my refund, the company reached out to me and offered the next kit up for free. I will say the new kit is nice, and I’ve just finished setting it up. The input sensitivity is still a little finicky, even after some fine tuning through the settings.
