A: I do. But that's me. In the food biz refrigerate everything. The sauce is delicious by the way. I bought 4 bottles

**Q: What is the scoville rating?**
A: 33,000 according to The Hot Ones Show.

**Q: what is the different between this and the green and yellow bottle?**
A: I haven’t tried the green/yellow bottle but I’ve found that it has green chilis and doesn’t have rhyme whereas the red is made with red peppers and does have thyme. I really enjoyed the smoky flavor of this one.
