Review: Amazing Product even More Amazing Customer Service - Wonderful product with even better customer service. The quality and size of the tube is great and the motor is not loud at all. My son loves having it on every night. What is even better is the company's customer service. Some of the coloured light bulbs burnt out losing the ability for rainbow effect and when I emailed their customer service. The customer service team member (Linda was amazing) emailed back promptly and with an immediate solution. The team mailed me out the replacement piece with fast shipping in under 24 hours of me sending my email. We will be buying from this seller again!
Review: Waste of money! - This product is completely useless. The quality is very poor and it doesn't work as described. Do not buy this, it’s a total waste of money.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why add the breathing light function, and how do I use it? Does this have a timer to power off if left in child's room?**
A: reath light — A gentle, rhythmic light that follows the natural pace of breathing. Simply follow the light’s rhythm to practice deep, calming breaths. Helps regulate emotions, ease anxiety. Auto shut-off after 8 hours, or set to 4 hours.

A: Unlike other sensory column lamp bases available in the market, our design department has re-engineered a new base grounded in principles of mechanics, ensuring enhanced stability and sturdiness.

**Q: I’ve seen some reviews saying these stop working pretty quickly. What kind of product support do you offer?**
A: Your peace of mind matters. The lamp comes with a 12‑month manufacturer’s promise. For support, check the instruction manual or Reach out directly through Amazon’s “Your Orders” page.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Customer Service Ever
*by S***N on 31 December 2025*

When I first got this, the colours didn’t work properly, only green did. I reached out to their customer service and they immediately helped me out and sent me another, and this one works perfectly. They are more than happy to help, including a year-long warranty for the item. Also, the bubble tube itself is really cool and looks awesome. I cannot recommend this seller and their products enough! It’s rare nowadays to find a company that actually cares. :) Note the video is of the old one with just the green light since I haven’t had time to get the distilled water for the new one.
