Review: Works with 2017 Highlander with exception using OBD scan tool - About these sensors - OEM sensors provide battery status through OBD scanner. These aftermarket sensors don't. Tires pressure reading is accurate. The instructions booklet said these are already programmed and it would self-register. Neither parked and waited for 15 minutes or drive more than 10 miles which none of those steps works on 2017 Highlander. They did say step 3 or last resort where you will need an OBD scanner or have the shop manually register them. A local shop installed them while having all 4 tires replaces at the same time on a 2017 Toyota Highlander today 8/14/2026. I'm using Tech Stream OBDI scanner to register these TPMS sensors. After registering process completed, TPMS light on the dashboard will flash for few seconds than stay solid for few more second and then turn itself off. Turn car off and back on, check OBD scanner for all tires pressure and IDs. FYI - If you going to do this by yourself make sure to take a photo of all new sensors ID and is able to read each digit clearly prior having them install. I will come back and update if they prematurely failed.

About these sensors - OEM sensors provide battery status through OBD scanner. These aftermarket sensors don't. Tires pressure reading is accurate. Purchased for a Toyota highlander. Could not get them to pair to the vehicle. Unfortunately I had to send to a shop for install and they don’t work so I wasted $90 for install, now I’ll have to spend another $90 if I wanted to remove them for a refund. Looks like a mega loss on my end. Customer service was no help troubleshooting. Reached out to the manufacturer for assistance and since I purchased from Amazon they told me to reach out to their store on Amazon. I did that, and have received no response.
