Review: Move fast . If you try and trim slow ,you will have problems. - This is the best tool for cutting thin veneer. I've been in the refacing business for over 40 years and this tool is by far the cleanest cut you find .Other than a trim router, this tool is great.
Review: Have used all plastic tools for years - Have used the all plastic tool (orange) for years and is a great little tool but not for $40 - 60 that it has risen to. Tried this because it’s a very fair price point at $20-25. Am very pleased with its better feel metal construction and plastic guide plane. I don’t use the scraping feature as I use Fast Caps bevel sander. Have had none of the issues others complain about and have had my own cabinet shop with 30 employees for 35 years. We have an automated machine to to most of the edge banding machine but there are always times when automation can’t be used. If I was starting out again or a DYIer this would be my tool of choice. Highly recommend
