You have to push down a bit, but it goes in tight. The rim mostly matches the rim of the bucket so it doesn't block the bucket handle. There will be a gap where the basin curves inward at the washboard part so it is not a complete seal. **Q: would this fit in a bathroom sink?** A: It won't fit inside a typical bathroom sink but it may be able to rest in the sink under the faucet depending on the shape and size of the sink. **Q: Does this come in a larger size??** A: I don’t know.
