Also, why is the puck is usually wet and soupy?** A: Former barista here and have a good grinder and tamper etc. the machine isn’t a retail machine so it appears a lot of trial and error. If it comes out too fast it’s too course. If it’s watery it’s too fine. I have to play with it more myself (the grind.) **Q: Why buy this model vs the BAR 155 or 32?** A: This was terribly complicated to use. You HAD to have the correct cup, which is very, small and nothing I wanted to fool with. Eventually I decided to look for a frother alone to heat milk & make my normal coffee. I LOVE THIS FROTHER. THE NAME IS "Capresso". You can buy at Bed Bath and Beyond or Amazon.
