I didn't have any issue w/ packing, delivery or the assembly. I purchased to use in our mudroom door, however when the door is opened the stopped moves and comes off the door. The stopper has to constantly be replaced under the door. Please consider adding a way for buyers to keep/secure the stopper to the door or include suggestions.If you are purchasing to place on a door not used or not often used (used only once or twice a day). This item may be helpful to you.
