Says 300W = 25amps, but unlikely given it's size. Can anyone please confirm?** A: It is NOT drawing that much current, I own this product on my SxS and have a 10 amp inline fuse for it. I think they are saying it is equivalent to 300w. So it's under 10 amps. **Q: Why is there no clear information about length of wiring???** A: I'd have to say the wires are approximately 12 in in length. I don't have the light here with me. It's on my boat but that's my recollection. **Q: What amp relay would i need running it 12volt from a car battery?** A: You need a relay. A simple switch with a -0a fuse will do the job just fine and require far less work. The bar draws under 5 amps so a 7.5-10a fuse is what you’d want. **Q: How is this wired in? Is a separate wiring harness required?** A: Black wire goes from negative on battery or metal frame to the light bar. Red wire goes from positive on battery to a rocker switch then to the light bar, preferably with an in-line 10amp fuse directly after the battery before the rocket switch.
