It has been 3 years and it is still working. The pond freezes every up state NY winter. **Q: Is this essentially the same product as the yellow expanding foam, just a different color?** A: Chuksim, i don't know the yellow expanding foam is, but if you are looking for pond seal, then this product will good to bond plastic and rock, rubber together. **Q: can this waterfall foam freeze if it left out in the cold to long** A: This product has held up well in our waterfall and pond rocks during Ohio winters. **Q: Can this product stand up to hot sunlight?
