In fact there's nothing at all except pure medical grade Glutamine. Glutamine is very useful for keeping muscle mass from wasting away in various circumstances (post workout for weight lifters, people on high protein diets, people with wasting-away diseases). If you need this stuff, there's no point in taking pills. The taste is just fine and you can add it to any drink you want.All that said, while this is not a bad value and it's pure medical grade Glutamine, it's not the BEST value either. There are cheaper brands that are exactly the same thing.
