The OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware 12-Cup Muffin Pan is a bakeware solution that’s beautiful, durable and easy to clean. The muffin pan is perfect for making a dozen sweet or savory muffins, each sized about 2.75 inches. The efficient ceramic non-stick coating heats quickly and evenly, allows for easy food release and protects against scratching, staining, corrosion and abrasion. Get consistent results – the light interior coating color has been optimized for even browning for both sweet and savory baking. The bakeware is constructed from heavy-gauge aluminized steel for stability, even heat distribution and durability for years to come. The square-rolled edge adds structure and strength to the bakeware, and the wide rims provide a secure grip for easier handling in and around the oven. Each pan features pan dimension markings on the top surface, so you can find the right bakeware item for your recipe. Zero-draft walls on our cake pans allow for straight and uniform cake layers. Review: I've been using these for several months and I honestly couldn't ask for anything more. I will probably add a second one to the collection. It is a bit heavy but that extra mass is what holds the heat so well and gives very even distribution. The muffins come out exactly the same no matter where on the pan they are. Because of its ceramic coating you do have to be careful to not bang it around. I've not had any damage to mine but I am very careful with it. This pan should realistically last a lifetime and be passed down like other high quality cook and bake ware.

We use our own ceramic nonstick, Thermolon™, manufactured by our affiliate company and applied in our wholly owned cookware factories. Because of this, we have end-to-end quality control over the entire process – which is virtually unique for our industry. Our Thermolon™ coating and GreenPan™ cookware undergo independent testing by highly professional, accredited third-party labs to ensure compliance with our product claims, quality standards, and numerous safety regulations. We confirm that GreenPan’s™ Thermolon™ coated food contact surface is free of: • PFAS, including PTFE, PFOA, and their replacements • Silanes, such as tetraethoxysilane and methyltrimethoxysilane • Aluminum Oxide • Potassium Titanate • Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles • BPA • Lead • Cadmium • Mercury • Antimony And 247 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) that are listed under the European REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) Program including the siloxanes of concern, namely D4, D5, D6 and Octamethyltrisiloxane. Moreover, Thermolon™ coatings are confirmed by independent accredited laboratories as: (i) fully compliant with international food contact safety regulations such as US FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and European Framework Regulation 1935/2004/EC, the German BfR’s LFGB Sections 30 & 31, as well as the safety requirements of other jurisdictions; (ii) and our current coatings are certified to National Sanitation Foundation’s (“NSF’s”) strict toxicity and food safety standard NSF/ANSI 51. This certification entails a rigorous toxicological assessment and testing of the coating. As far as we are aware, to date, Thermolon™ is the only ceramic non-stick coating to have received such certification. (iii) Even if heated to 850⁰F (454⁰C), our Thermolon coatings do not emit any toxic fumes. While consumer websites can raise awareness, their testing methods may lack the rigor, controls, and accreditation required for reliable scientific conclusions. The matter with the Plaintiff was resolved, and the case dismissed. I've been using these for several months and I honestly couldn't ask for anything more. I will probably add a second one to the collection. It is a bit heavy but that extra mass is what holds the heat so well and gives very even distribution. The muffins come out exactly the same no matter where on the pan they are. Because of its ceramic coating you do have to be careful to not bang it around. I've not had any damage to mine but I am very careful with it. This pan should realistically last a lifetime and be passed down like other high quality cook and bake ware.
