**Q: Can someone compare it to a yarn so i know kind of thickness it is. Fingerling /sock /worsted?**
A: Its between a fingering and a sock weight.
Very strong especially when you did the yank test.

**Q: Can I crotchet with this?   What is the diameter compared to yard?**
A: You could crochet with it. It is heavier than crochet thread used for edging flannel burp clothes. It is closer to pearl cotton though still a bit heavier. I don’t understand the question about diameter compared to yard. It’s like but thinner than cotton twine.

**Q: Can the yarn be used in making potholders on the weaving looms?**
A: It will work, but will not be very thick and may not disperse the heat

**Q: Would this be good for making cotton towels?**
A: I think I would be too coarse to make towels. If it is just for a pretty trim, it would work

This is one of the best warp threads I have used. I use 24 epi for most weavings with this warp. It can be used raw or dyed. It has a very good tensile strength, and I have never ran across a knot or splice.
