Review: Full review of a good product - Second bottle. Quick background, I was about 15lbs over target weight despite regular exercise. Lost almost 10lbs on 11 day brutal hike, then locked in on losing 5-7 more. Used app to count calories and this product. Highlights: 1. It helps quite a bit, but not sure how well if not exercising and counting calories. 2. You will sweat ALOT. I now sweat profusely during warm up, which makes me feel more tired during work out (maybe psychological). 3. Severe chills after workout. Bring a hoodie to wear after even in summer heat. 4. Works well with low impact workouts as well. I take a swig before walking with wife and sweat a ton. 5. Mild nausea at most. Small impact on stool (some looseness). Taste is fine. 6. Most important! Stubborn fat started to disappear. First face and neck, then love handles and finally belly. This is where this product really helps. Good luck all.

My reasons for wanting to give it three stars may not be things that affect other people, so I didn't think that would be fair. I lost about three pounds in week one, but used it for four days that week. Like with any supplement, if you're not working out and at least tweaking your diet a little, you're probably not going to see results. I hadn't worked out for a few months and since I started this, I'm just doing the treadmill for about 30 minutes with a decent incline. Diet-wise I just cut back on sweets a little and pulled back a little on how much I was eating, nothing drastic. My issues... 1) I underestimated how much this product actually makes you sweat. I didn't want to take a star off for that because reading the reviews, everyone has experienced different degrees, but man did I sweat... a lot. From the time it kicks in, I'm sweating for a good three hours until it stops entirely. So, just be prepared for it possibly affect you that way. If you're someone who works in an office and goes to the gym on their lunch break, this probably isn't a good idea. 2) Gastric issues. Again, I didn't want to take a star off because it may not affect everyone this way and carnitine is known to have gastric side effects. I knew this going in. This product definitely runs through me a bit and causes some heartburn, but those are both short-lived and hey, nothing wrong with getting cleaned out a little. Received my bottle today and went for a walk shortly after. I live in the South so it is hot and humid but taking 1 TBSP of this, did make me sweat more than usual. My bottle was not leaking and it tastes just like berries! I really hope with this extra sweat, cutting back on sweets and my slight change of eating will help me to lose in these next couple of weeks! It is kinda expensive but if I see some changes then it’ll be worth it!!
