Review: Great Product Even Better Customer Service - Let me tell you a surprising story. I purchased this item in April of 2025. I loved how easy it was to plug in and go. The 2 gallon capacity is perfect for my house. I really enjoyed not having to fill a humidifier every night, AND it fills from the top!! It's great that I get to pick the level of humidity and that once it reaches it will shut off and turn back on when it falls below that %. It's quiet and sleek. It's really a great product. In September I had my first over fill and I have no idea how I did it but it no longer turned on after that. I let the unit dry out for over a month. I tried different outlets. Nothing worked. One day I reached out to the service center just to see if there was anything they've run into that could help get it up and running. The service writer and I were emailing for 2 days. He was unbelievably helpful and professional. He explained that I had exhausted all of my options and since I purchased it only a few months ago I was covered under warranty. I was willing to ship everything back for an exchange but they sent me a while new unit free of charge. I was blown away!! The service writer even emailed me the day it arrived to make sure the new one had no issues. I have nothing but good things to say about the item and the service I received.

I really enjoyed not having to fill a humidifier every night, AND it fills from the top!! It's great that I get to pick the level of humidity and that once it reaches it will shut off and turn back on when it falls below that %. It's quiet and sleek. It's really a great product.
