Keep in mind I haven’t eaten grains, gluten, or sugar in 5 years so my tastebuds are used to a different experience. They are extremely sweet! I hadn’t expected that. The texture reminds me of zucchini bread? It’s very dense, sweet, fine crumb, with lots of flavor.I’ve had the blueberry, banana-nut, and the cherry almond so far. The blueberry is my favorite so far. It reminds me of a blueberry muffin. I’ve been eating these every few days with my morning coffee.
