After I ordered it, I again looked at the description to see it did not mention that it included a filter but it did in a different model made and sold on here by Waterdrop. So, I ordered one of those (I think it's a newer model) because it clearly said that it came with one filter thinking, I'll return this one without the filter. Turns out this one did come with a filter. That would be great except that now I have one extra unit and they want over twenty bucks to return either one of them, so returning it would make zero sense. It would be nice if Waterdrop would contact me and help me out with this. They do both look like a good product. Looks very similar in build quality to Brita, and hopefully with less frequent filter changes.They did contact me and to compensate me sent me another filter.
