For one, instead of a RoHS marking on the back side of the PCB it says RoSH. This is clearly a cheaply made card that probably uses X710 Chipsets that didn't meet Intel Specifications. For the price, I might seek out a card from a brand that you trust and has a known track record of honoring warranty. With all that said, this card does work and it has passed my basic 24-hour stress test.
