Well after a week they began to feel to tight so I contacted the seller. Heather immediately offered to send me a Large size. I'm a small framed man but I exercise regularly and also do weight training, my hands are a Medium but are probably more of a Large in a Womens size. A month later and they're still feeling great and doing a great job of relieving the arthritic pain in my knuckles. I had just had Trigger Finger surgery on the long fingers on both hands and the Mediums were compressing the surgery point on my right (dominate) hand. The Large have eliminated that pressure point and both of my hands are feeling 100% better. I wear the gloves about 8 hours a day doing normal everyday chores around the house. I remove them when doing any physical work or weight training and will put them back on when I'm done. They immediately start making my hands feel better.
