I've been struggling with dehydration and I despise Stevia and artificial sweeteners. I wanted to put something in my smoothies, all the SUPER SWEET flavored powered ruined them, and were very expensive. This is 100 servings and in my smoothie I don't even taste the saltiness. If anything, it enhances the fruit flavors. It is smooth and gritless, dilutes easily. No unnatural ingredients. I can't speak to effectiveness yet but will update this later.
