I just got it but everything seems to be in working order and the blemishes are minimal. The touch screen works well and the charger is functional. You get what you see-- the price is terrific, and the computer works well with normal everyday functions. When I saw that it was refurbished I was worried it might show up with cracks or other issues, but for what it is it looks almost new. I was originally hoping to get a computer that runs windows so I could use my drawing tablet and have GOOD photo editing programs, but since it's a Chromebook it doesn't have that capability. It works as a Chromebook should, so I am going to give it four stars and bump it up to five once I am certain that the computer works well in the long run, but I will say that it isn't exactly what I wanted because I didn't read that it was a Chromebook. I feel that Chromebooks in general are flawed due to the fact that they can't run any of the games or the programs I need, but that's not the company's fault and they definitely fufilled what it set out to do with this product.I suggest if you buy this product that you use it for basic school things and general browsing.
