I don't have enough wash clothes to use a clean one every time for my stye, I think thats what spread it to the other eye on accident. I ended up getting one in both eyes. These wipes were extremely helpful and now one stye has healed and the 2nd newer one should be gone in the next week! I love these little cleaning wipes. I know I am not accidentally spreading my little stye eye goblin! Winning!! I also bought a stye lash line foam cleaner.
