Really easy to install.  We take frequent trips over 2+ hours with our young son and since he is too tall for a booster, we installed this headrest.  He loves it and it keeps him from slumping over in the car when he falls asleep.

We have not tested it on a long drive yet, but in place position seems to be very comfortable to rest the head on. This unit doesn't seem to work on the front row seats with a headrest monitor if there is a middle column for tv wires.

Packaged like a GIFT. Headrests came in individual protective sleeves, clearly labeled parts, easy to understand and follow instructions. R to R / L to L - Screwdriver and extra screw INCLUDED. Very nice stitching, I will be purchasing another one for my husband’s car. Perfect for long road trips.
