Flavor - tastes kinda like baby milk powder without the sweetness. Mix ability - mixes well in a shaker. Foam - post mixing in shaker, there is some foam formation. This is similar to the foam you get on cold coffee. It did NOT taste like detergent. Texture - the powder is very fine and gets stuck to spoons or scoops and fingers. Digestion - if you aren't used to casein, it can upset your stomach, but not much. As you use it regularly, you shouldn't have any problems. Odor - no odor.

Ziplock doesn't work. Product taste average. Need to use more water to have better mixability. digestion issues found after few days usage feeling stomach pain. Feel more like milk
