It's fresh, doesn;t have that waxy shine or toughness of many other "premium" jerkys. It is soft and natural looking and delicious. My only complaint is is there's a touch too much sodium...It's noticeably saltier than Tillamook, for example, but the quiality is still a lot better. The only better Jerky I've had is from small batch, local producers. But for price and wide availability...this is the best.

This is the best, store bought, big batch you can get--in my opinion. It's fresh, doesn;t have that waxy shine or toughness of many other "premium" jerkys. It is soft and natural looking and delicious. My only complaint is is there's a touch too much sodium...It's noticeably saltier than Tillamook, for example, but the quiality is still a lot better. The only better Jerky I've had is from small batch, local producers. But for price and wide availability...this is the best.

I gave these a 4 because to me they have a bad aftertaste and left a film feeling in my mouth. Now everyone is different so I’m sure it’s not that way for everyone. My little girl she ate it and didn’t complain one bit. Nice package good price and quality jerky.
