Review: some fault - The product worked super well up u til it started to have issues and started malfunctioning. I had it for a few months and then the start button started to act up. It would still grind the beans after having to click the button a few times but then it officially stopped working. I took apart the pieces that came out and made sure nothing was broken but it still wouldn’t budge. Really upsetting because it was a good grinder when it worked. UPDATE: The company reached out and sent me a new grinder replacement! Wonderful customer service!

The product worked super well up u til it started to have issues and started malfunctioning. I had it for a few months and then the start button started to act up. It would still grind the beans after having to click the button a few times but then it officially stopped working. I took apart the pieces that came out and made sure nothing was broken but it still wouldn’t budge. Really upsetting because it was a good grinder when it worked. UPDATE: The company reached out and sent me a new grinder replacement! Wonderful customer service!
