The container itself seems very good quality, and the lid and included air lock grommet seal very well and my first batch is currently bubbling away. I like that it has a carry handle so I can prep the grape juice in the kitchen then carry it to the basement to fermenter. But, no leaking or worrying about spills while moving when full. So you win some/lose some. I brew 5lbs of coffee in 5gallons of water in these and they are absolutely the perfect size! Very sturdy and worth the extra few dollar compared to the 5gallon buckets for portioning out my 5gal water/5lb coffee that won't fit in a standard bucket.
