My kids (7, 5, 20 months) have been jumping on it non stop. My son slept on it one night. We have a small apartment and it is worth the 25 square feet it takes up. My sons speech therapist suggested he could benefit from it, and if he can, he will. They all use it like crazy! The velvet cover is nice and cozy and can be removed for washing although we are working hard to try to keep it clean. I will update this review after we go through the washing process it seems like this will hold up for a very long time! Both kids can use at the same time (although there have been some minor head bonks). It is bouncy and so soft and comfy to lay on. It is quite large and requires a good amount of floor space. We do not have a coffee table so it is perfect. Finally able to get rid of our stockpile of mismatch couch pillows I was using to pad the floor for my jumpers. Worth every penny!! We chose this one over the other options due to the "stuffing" being uniform large flat pieces of foam rather than fluff in the event a seem ever lets go! I’d say some kind of plastic or vinyl material. **Q: Is this product fire retardant?** A: No, it is not fire retardant. I just called the company for fire retardant information and they returned my call and stated that this was not fire retardant. **Q: Would this be good for a 1/2 year old?** A: I would wait until they move a little better. It’s big and shifts when jumped on. My daughter was a year and a half when I purchased. **Q: Is it possible to get a replacement inner cover? We absolutely love our crash pad and use it daily. Other inner cover ripped after lots of use** A: I don't know that the inner cover can be replaced but there is a replacement outer cover you can purchase.
