These all need to be easy options that are consistent in texture and flavor. Cheerios have been a staple in her dry snacks and in cereal with milk. We also have the apple cinnamon flavor Cheerios so I was interested in this strawberry flavor with protein. She loves strawberries and she does need a little extra assistance with how little her portion sizes are. The O size is smaller, and she did notice this. I had to show her the box so she knew it was the brand, and the flavor would be as she would expect but a new taste. The quality seems about as expected for the brand but I did notice there was more density to the texture. Still light and easy to eat without getting too soggy as per usual. As she is a sweet tooth type, the amount of sugar is tasty but not so much that she would have a sugar crash. It doesn’t matter to us for her that it is gluten free, but it is helpful for me and my gut. The ingredients seem fine to me, and nothing stood out. I am not the most strict with that as I just need her to eat what she will eat. I like that these are a treat or a meal and are versatile. I like to make bar snacks with Cheerios instead of other cereals because I perfer the shape and texture. These do work well for my bars and they worked great as a topping. I think the price is reasonable. Personally I like these and regular, more than the other flavors.
