I can last longer before I'm hungry for lunch. I take it once a day. They have helped with my time of month. I have tried two other brands, the first one was great and I had appetite suppressant, just didn't help with time of the month like I thought it should. I took two a day at first but i had no appetite I felt so full, thats what I really remember from them. But I think these are almost in line with those, I'd have to take them again to refresh my memory. The second brand I took, nothing. I even did what it said twice a day, nothing. I was able to try this brand because I ordered a few things that aren't on subscribe and save, but I usually stick with subscribe and save because most items I want are on that. So I'm trying another brand next.
