My husband tried these for about a month to see if they’d help with energy or weight loss, but he didn’t notice much of a change. The gummies taste fine and are easy to take, and I like that they’re sugar-free and include ingredients like berberine and Ceylon cinnamon. They might work better with longer or consistent use, but for us, there wasn’t a big difference. Good concept, pleasant to take — just not a noticeable result this time. 💛
