I had a piece in my eye reacting with my tears; very scary!!! This strap is much more comfortable, lighter, and breaths. It seems to be very durable! It works very well in keeping my mouth closed comfortably! The only problem with this strap is that it is very small. It came with one extension, but it needs two to fit an adult head; especially over CPAP mask. I bought some Velcro from a craft store and fashioned a second extension to make the make work for me.
