Decided to get a thin wallet instead with a card sized tracker which I came across this, it works with Apple find my and fits neatly in my wallet (about the size of 2 cards) I have tested it on Apple find my and it’s easy to track and when you get close you can let the tracker play which the noise is pretty loud. Apparently has a 5 month battery life and you can just recharge it I haven’t got round to that yet as haven’t had it that long!
