Replaced an older one that previously had tabs; but insert tabs were removed because they tended to ocassionally hang and stop the skimmer from working properly. Have used one without tabs for years and the skimmer always functions properly. Excellent replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The perfect skimmer basket! *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2021* This skimmer basket works perfectly! I have tried so many and this is durable and works well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Replacement for Aqualine Skimmer Basket and Float *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2019* We bought this as a replacement for our old skimmer basket. It is just right, since it is made by the same company. The suction is amazing. We noticed the stronger suction as soon as we put it in. This skimmer is a bit more difficult to remove, since it doesn’t have the notches that our old one had β€” that meant you could remove both the skimmer and the float at one time. With these, you must pull our the float first and then the skimmer basket. However, once you get used to it, it becomes easier and is not a problem. I recommend this to anyone needing this to replace an old one. I’m sure many pools the age of ours use this same Aqualine skimmer basket and float. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/68533993-skimmer-basket-american-skimmer-b37-and-float-b38-two-pieces](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/68533993-skimmer-basket-american-skimmer-b37-and-float-b38-two-pieces) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
