However, I will say, and maybe its because I'm not using the correct technique, but the brush that is included seems too harsh for my lashes. And the instructions say to use a cirular motion with the brush to clean your lashes, but that pulled on mine and I lost a few. So I still use the soap which is super gentle and I love it but I just use a regular clean mascara brush with the soap and comb through them like normal and then rinse gently and pat dry and the comb again to separate them. And my lashes last and look amazing and I lose very few of them between fills.
