Make sure you read the E-book as it covers alot of good info. What I found works for me is, I brush normally with the powder using the included toothbrush, then spit, swish around water and spit some more, I then brush my teeth with normal tooth paste, spit and then use mouth wash to finish, whole thing takes about 5-8 minutes but when you are done, teeth and mouth feel so much more cleaner, if there is any small particles left over around my gums I just take my toothbrush with some water and brush my gums softly this gets 100% of it out.
