First day I tried it, I got sick to the stomach - to the point I was on the toilet every 15-30 minutes. At first I didn't know what was making me sick, but the only part of my diet that had changed was the Rule 1 protein powder. So I stopped using it. Next day I was fine. I wanted to make sure the protein powder was bad, so a couple days later, I tried it again... and I got sick again. This time I was sure the protein was the culprit. The taste wasn't bad, and there was nothing wrong with the packaging. I've used Rule 1 protein before, and the quality is usually decent. But this seller gave me a bad batch.
