Did not do as stated on the box , lower sugar/cholesterol level after 3 months

At a pound per package, seems expensive , but if it works then maybe not so expensive

I have used this product for the last year and my blood sugar has decreased substantially,, I have been following the same diet as always so contribute this to beta vivo.
