This Shiatsu massager is AMAZING! I feel like I am at the spa every time I use it! To start, it comes with instructions! Something you rarely find anymore, and they are clear, in a font size that doesn't require a magnifying glass, and detailed! The various settings are great, depending on whether I need a deep massage, or just a light pick me up at the end of the day. The air pressure seat mimics those of the chairs you see in the mall, which cost thousands of dollars! These hug your thighs, relieving tension almost immediately! The heat function is great too, especially when I really need to sit back and let the chair do its job. I also like the fact that they provide a pocket for the controller. Even though it is not wireless, and you can't lose it, it's an added feature, just showing the thought put into the product. The material is durable, and appears that it will last for a long time as long as it is cared for properly (don't leave in direct sun, or crumpled in a corner and you should be fine!). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the height cannot be adjusted, and it only comes in one size. I am only 5' 4", and need to sit on 2 pillows if I want the neck massage, and at that point, I am not comfortable at all. Definitely recommend, and look forward to using it often!
