I tried this keto rice for the first time with a one-pot meal (shrimp, broccoli, and butter sauce), and it actually felt like I was eating real rice again. The taste is neutral enough to soak up sauces, and the texture is consistent — not mushy or sticky like cauliflower rice can get. The smell is mild, which I appreciated since some low-carb rice alternatives have an odd aftertaste. It’s not cheap compared to regular rice, but for me it’s worth it because it keeps me on track without feeling like I’m missing out. Review: Great for protein - This rice is packed with protein and taste delicious ## Features - 19G PROTEIN, 6G NET CARBS: Every 2 oz serving delivers 19g of complete plant protein and just 6g net carbs, so you get a full rice-style base without the blood-sugar spike of a regular grain. - SMOKY SPANISH SEASONING: Pre-seasoned with smoked paprika, chili pepper and cumin for a warm, savory finish. Serve alongside chicken, shrimp or beans, or spoon it straight into a burrito bowl. - COOKS UP FIRM, NEVER MUSHY: Milled from lupini beans, the grains stay separate and firm the way rice should. No watery cauliflower texture, no gummy clumping, no soggy leftovers the next day. - BUILT FOR HOW YOU EAT: Keto and low carb, gluten free, grain free, soy free, non-GMO and Kosher certified, with 8g of fiber per serving. One base that fits the whole household's plates. - READY IN UNDER 15 MINUTES: Simmer on the stovetop and serve. Each 8 oz pouch makes 4 servings and this 3-pack keeps 12 on hand, so weeknight dinners and batch cooking are already handled. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DNRG4WYW | | Allergen Information | Lupin | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,939 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #8 in Packaged Seasoned Rice | | Brand | Kaizen Food Company | | Brand Name | Kaizen Food Company | | Container Type | Box | | Cuisine | Spanish | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 51 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free, Keto, Kosher, Plant Based, Vegan | | Flavor | Spanish | | Item Form | Grain | | Item Weight | 1.5 pounds | | Manufacturer | Kaizen Food Company | | Number of Items | 3 | | Number of Pieces | 3 | | Package Information | Box | | Package Size Name | Pack of 3 | | Part Number | KZN95687 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Meal Prep, Rice Bowls, Casseroles, Soups and Stews, High Protein Dinners | | Set Name | Pack of 3 | | Size | 8 Ounce (Pack of 3) | | Specialty | Non-GMO, Kosher | | UPC | 860010956878 | | Unit Count | 24 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Kaizen Food Company - **Flavor:** Spanish - **Item Weight:** 24 Ounces - **Number of Items:** 3 - **Package Information:** bag ## Images ![Kaizen Low Carb Rice, 20g High Protein, 6g Net Carb, Spanish 8 Oz (3-Pack) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716rJIVIJmL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a rice I can eat on keto *by M***E on August 25, 2025* I’ve been doing keto for a while, and rice has always been the hardest thing to give up. The taste is neutral enough to soak up sauces, and the texture is consistent — not mushy or sticky like cauliflower rice can get. I felt like the rice came out "al dente". Not much spanish rice flavor. Very pricey for rice. Would like to find something similar but with NO Tapioca starch. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kaizen Low Carb Keto Spanish Rice -High Protein (20g), Keto Friendly, Gluten-Free, Plant-Based, Made with High Fiber Lupin Flour - 8 ounces (Pack of 3) - Kaizen Low Carb Keto Pasta Fusilli - High Protein (20g), Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly (6g Net), Plant-Based Lupini Noodles made w/High Fiber Lupin Flour - 8 ounces (Pack of 3) - Kaizen High Protein Cheddar Mac & Cheese - Low Carb, Keto Friendly, High Fiber, Gluten-Free, Plant-Based, Non-GMO - 6.4 Ounces (Pack of 3) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/682163841-kaizen-low-carb-rice-20g-high-protein-6g-net-carb](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/682163841-kaizen-low-carb-rice-20g-high-protein-6g-net-carb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
