Once the wax is melted I find the temperature stays around the range i have the pot temperature set at and fluctuates maybe 1-2 degrees or so but its within the range, no issue there. This pot has a drain in the bottom so you never need to worry about if the amount of wax in the pot will reach the spigot; however, don't run the pot completely dry so you don't damage it. Also the spigot is heated which is great in preventing any clogging! I’ve had such a good experience using this melting pot and now that my small business is getting a little bigger, I now have two ToAuto wax melting pots and i couldn't be happier with them. When first plugged in, the screen flashed and then went black. Occasionally I could get it to turn on, but the temperature controls were inconsistent or unresponsive. It took me over 3.5 hours to attempt a small candle batch, and I still couldn’t finish because the melter stopped working entirely. With a craft fair coming up this weekend, I now have to scramble and try to make my candles on the stove.
