Not quite as tasty as the smoked version, this is however, a very nice alternative to bacon and is lovely in a healthy BLT

Low fat, low calorie and tasty in a cooked breakfast.Cooks quickly. Better suited to grilling. Frying it always leaves messy burnt residue in my pan due to the water content in the rashers.Not as tasty as proper bacon but a lot healthier for me!
