Review: Killer subs at insane prices! - I first bought the 8 inch Alphasonik sub for wife's Dodge Journey. She's not fussy with audio so I got her the 8" which I wasn't expecting to be earth shaking. It was small, the price was right and it got great reviews on desertcart. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of punch from this little thing! I'm powering it with a JL Audio 250 watt mono amp. As a quasi-audiophile I wasn't looking for thunderous, muffled bass, but I wanted to fill out the bottom end with a faithful reproduction of the 50-100hz range. I loved the 8" sub so much that I ordered the 10" one for my Dodge Ram 1500--knowing that I'd love it. I'm powering that with a Pioneer 4 channel 4/3/2 amp. It hits a good bit harder than the 8" and I'm a satisfied customer! Above all this, the subs are priced at budget-level yet they yield big-buck performance. They have the construction and heft of much more expensive equipment. I don't know how they do it. I had a $199 10" Kicker sub a few years ago and it was on par with the AS10DF. I can't believe your equipment doesn't have a bigger presence on the internet.

I first bought the 8 inch Alphasonik sub for wife's Dodge Journey. She's not fussy with audio so I got her the 8" which I wasn't expecting to be earth shaking. It was small, the price was right and it got great reviews on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of punch from this little thing! I'm powering it with a JL Audio 250 watt mono amp. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amp built into subwoofer enclosure

Need 5 gauge wiring kit. Take time running wires and have a continuity test light handy for finding a good ground and to troubleshoot if amp for some reason don't have power. Has good sound. Good bass. Overall if your not looking for super loud bass that's not gonna make your ears ring. This is a good subwoofer. Have it paired with Orion 6.75" speakers. I'm happy with the subwoofer amp enclosure
