As of now, this is the best brand of kale chips I've encountered: they don't have a bitter taste, and tend not to have a lot of crumbs. Shipping was done well and the very fragile chips arrived in good condition.I bought this flavor, Chokalet Chip, on a lark. I actually expected this to be cocoa powder dusted kale chips, which didn't strike me as terribly appetizing, but I figured that if they were going through the effort of making them, someone thought they were good enough for people to buy. What they actually taste like is closer to chocolate covered kale chips. Think chocolate, with a little kale thrown in for good measure. It's really more of a dessert than anything else.My biggest issue with this is the smell. When you open the bag, the chocolate-ish odor is... I'll be kind and say "not the most pleasant." But get them out of the bag, and actually in your mouth, and the impression is the complete opposite.
