I prefer wireless since I often put my keyboard in my lap. My old one got really warm and unpleasant after a while. This one has had no noticeable temp change and it's remarkably light weight. It looks like it should be heavy, but far from it. The customer service department is a gem. I had a small issue with my purchase, sent an email (on a Sunday evening, too) and within an hour I had a response. Mary was nice, attentive, kept up communication in a surprisingly timely manner, and in the same day, we'd resolved my issue and I've got a positive feeling about this purchase. Great value, the lights are actually as bright as the pictures show, and it times out when untouched for a period so it doesn't kill the charge. Touch it again, everything comes right back without a delay. The keys are comfortable to press, the buttons are all where your muscle memory expects them to be, and there are a few buttons that I didn't have on my old one that now I'll probably never go without. Highly recommend, would buy again, and I'm going to get one for my husband's computer and my work laptop.
