Alla fine ho iniziato a fare ricerche e ho iniziato ad utilizzare rimedi casalinghe; uno di questi è questo.Borsa acqua calda nella zona infiammata o dolorante dopo aver spalmato un po' di olio di ricino e coperto con una stoffa di cotone al 100%. Ho notato e letto che l'olio di ricino dopo essere esposto al caldo penetra nella pelle e aiuta ad assorbire le tossine, metalli pesanti e disintossica il corpo. Ho visto molti video e non ci credevo nemmeno io.La borsa in vendita è di qualità e ha un prezzo davvero accessibile, quindi consigliata a tutti. Sembra un rimedio semplice ma alla fine la semplicità è ciò che ci permette di stare bene. Consiglio anche di scrivere e fare Journaling. Consiglio a tutti di scrivere perché è terapia.L'autore del libro andrà tutto bene te lo giuro lo spiega molto nel suo libro, di come la scrittura è stata una terapia.
