I got my meter to verify it is not a voltage issue with the vehicle and it is not. Not sure if they are just bad lights or what but I'm waiting to see if the fog lights I ordered have the same issue before making this review final. If they don't have this issue, I'll lower my rating of these and return them in favor of the same bulbs I got for foglights (my vehicle uses same bulb type for high/low/fog lights).UPDATE: these required a cancellation harness on my vehicle. Added one for each bulb and they are PERFECT now!
