Review: Best griddle I’ve ever had (I’ve been through several) - This griddle is outstanding. It’s got a super durable surface that works just as well for grilling meat as it does for pancakes. So far it cleans so easily, is nonstick and I love being able to take the legs off for cleaning. The heating element works well, but because it circles the outside of the unit i do notice the middle doesn’t get as hot. This isn’t a problem for me since the griddle is very large and I can cook the same amount of things on the hearing element as I did my last one and still have plenty of room to move things around and switch up the direct heat. I highly recommend this griddle (I have been using it for a few months) if anything changes I will update the review. Review: Perfect size for multiple pancakes! - Excellent product! I bought this 22” griddle because my 5 grandchildren popped up on me. I made several pancakes for them in about 20 minutes at 8 at a time. The pancakes cooked evenly. I did however use a laser temperature gauge so that helped a lot as well not to burn or undercook them. The nonstick worked well also. It was easy to add and remove the handles. It washed extremely well and looks like new after use. Storage was nice as well. I slid it in the cabinet right next to the cutting boards. I didn’t find the texture of the griddle to be a problem at all with the pancakes as I read others did. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA." **Q: How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor.** A: I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
