So so easy to put in. Angle them in the opposite way to the movement of the frame. Hammer in, then screw to the frame. Took 10 minutes to put in all 4. Frame is sound and secure and just to make sure it, I got my full 14stone on the swing and gave it a good test. The thing didn't move a millimetre. Reason not 5 stars. - The point at the end of the blade is off set so as you hammer in to the ground the anchor tended to slide to one side.
