They compensated me for the “trouble” I had with this. I have never had a seller reach out to me first. I feel that they did everything they could to make this problem “right” (which they did). So I am very happy with SIVIN for doing the right thing!! Also I want to recommend one of their other products - “Sivin 45x34x15cm Organizer Box...”. Awesome box!!!This box is really pretty. Unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say about it. I couldn’t fit even one bra in it, without turning the bra a certain way. Then I’m taking a chance that the bra will lose it’s shape. If the “dividers” we’re adjustable, that might have helped. I think only small, unpadded & no underwire bras would fit. Also, the description says because it has a lid, no dust would get in. That might be true if the lid didn’t “tent” up in the middle. I have something sitting on it, hoping it will flatten out. I’m keeping it. I cut out the dividers, and laid my bras flat. But still, only 3 will fit. They also offered to send me a new product. It’s flimsy and hard to fold but worst of all it absolutely won’t hold any bras.
